Paper Submission using E-mail

    1.  Sumbit one title page including,
          (1)Title 
          (2)Abstract 
          (3)List of all authors and affiliations. Detailed address information of 
             the corresponding author, including e-mail address, physical address,
             telephone and fax numbers. 
          (4)Keywords. 
    
    2.  Send the uuencoded gzipped (standard) Postscript paper.

  
    1.  FTP Instructions:
        (1) Change your local directory to the directory containing the file of your paper.
        (2) Type ftp 140.114.75.194.
        (3) At the Name: prompt, enter "isss98cfp".
        (4) At the Password: prompt, enter "isss98cfp".
        (5) At the ftp prompt, enter binary.
        (6) At the ftp prompt, enter put your_paper.ps.
        (7) At the ftp prompt, enter quit.
        PS. If file transmit unsucessfully, please change the FILENAME of your paper.
            Then try again.  
       
    2.  Then, sumbit one title page including,
          (1) Title 
          (2) Abstract
          (3) FILENAME of your paper. 
          (4) List of all authors and affiliations. Detailed address information of 
              the corresponding author, including e-mail address, physical address,
              telephone and fax numbers. 
          (5) Keywords. 

NOTE:  When we have received your paper submission, we will send you a E-mail as
       acknowledgement.
