To whom ever this may concern:

Boston University is the third Largest University in the United States. Computer Support Services handles all computing needs for the School of Management. We support administrative staff, faculty, and students.

Sui-hwai Sue Hwang applied for and was hired as the Database Administrator. She worked for me from February 1995 to the end on the June in 1995. In the first few weeks of her employment, it was not easy for her. The previous Database Administrator did not document any of the databases and left figuring out what he had done nearly impossible. Sui-hwai never complained and did an excellent job unraveling all of the hidden documentation. She also had to learn new software and operating systems which she has mastered with ease since. She has excelled at every task given to her from building a World Wide Web server on Windows NT 3.5, designing an On-Line Help Desk database and administrating a multitude of databases. She is very intelligent, dedicated and personable. She is one of those rare individual who sincerely loves her work.

Sui-hwai is a valued employee and a great asset to our department. Her leaving has been a great detriment to the department. I wish her all the best and hope that someday there will be an opportunity for us to work together again.
